Volunteer for the 2027 American Songbook.
Scheduled show dates – January 8, 9 and 10.
Our first meeting is Wednesday, September 2nd, in the Cimarron club room, 1:00 to 3:00pm. All those that have volunteered to be in the show must attend. If you are “on the fence” come join us to learn more. We will share the list of songs, rehearsal schedules, and more. There are opportunities for solo singers, chorus, and instrumentalists.

This year, Harvey Finstein is again directing the show. Harvey comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and experience as a professional pianist/musician, singer, teacher, and entertainer. He has chosen all new Jazzy Songs for the show. Expect upbeat songs, soft ballads and sultry numbers.

What we need:
Singers – soloists, harmony or background singers
Musicians – whatever your instrument
What to expect: Practices begin late September. Music, chord sheets or harmonies will be distributed to all. The week of the show expect a Tech Rehearsal and a couple of Dress Rehearsals.
