I hope you all had plenty of turkey and opportunity to spend time with family and friends!  I hope that you were able to focus on things for which to be thankful.  I am thankful for being able to live in such a beautiful community, for the friends I have made, for Ziggy, for my parents, for my daughter and my grandchildren and for the fact that I don't EVER have to shovel snow!  (Saw the weather report for Chicago and holy cow were they getting snow!)

 

Last week was a tough rehearsal, but the end result was that things are really sounding great, and the band supports the work we have done!  I am positive that this concert will be phenomenal! This week it's kind of like a dress rehearsal, but we have no risers.  Everything is in concert order.

 

At the end of the run-through, we'll time out you walking out and the placement for us to sing Joyful Tidings! 

 

Here is our schedule this week:

 

Chorale - arrive by 12:00

Grand Singers - arrive by 12:15

 

Norma will walk us through the 'on-off' process, even though we don't have the risers! (Thank you, Norma!)
