The initial day to pick up music for the Holiday concert is Wednesday, August 27 between 1 pm and 3 pm in the Mesquite Room, Sonoran Plaza. Music will also be available each Wednesday before rehearsal at 1:30 pm on September 3, 10, 17, 24, October 1, 8 and 15, which is the cutoff date for new singers. Returning singers have until October 22nd.
The concert will be on Saturday, December 13th at 7 pm and Sunday, December 14th at 3 pm.

As always, we never accept cash. You can pay with your credit card when you register and order your music online. This is the preferred manner. Make sure to bring your receipt when you pick up the music. Or you can pay by check after you have registered online when you pick up the music. Please make sure you register BEFORE you come to pick up your music.
For snowbirds or those on extended vacations, there is an option to order your music online and pay $10 to have it shipped to you. You will see a section to put your mailing address information in. It will be shipped by the end of August to your mailing address. The shipment will include a copy of the holiday concert schedule.
The listening and parts tracks will be uploaded onto the music club website as soon as they have been completed. Pamela will let you know once they are there!

HOW TO SIGN-UP AND ORDER MUSIC

If you have done this before, you can login to the club website grandmusicclub.com and click the Calendar menu. Select the Grand Singer Signup event found on the July 10 and the Oct 15 dates. Click Register Now button. and continue to follow the instructions on the website. Be sure to click the Complete Registration button. Then enter your credit/debit card payment information, submit payment and print your receipt. You may also click the Pay Later button to pay by check at music pickup time.
